Stout-Braised Lamb Shanks Recipe:

  • 4 lamb shanks
  • 2 cups stout beer
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  1. Season lamb shanks with salt and pepper.
