Recipe for Spicy Herb Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

  1. 500g boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  2. 250g pasta of choice
  3. 2 tbsp olive oil
  4. 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  5. 1 red chili, finely chopped
  6. 1 tsp dried oregano
  7. 1 tsp dried basil
  8. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  9. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and chopped red chili. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
