Recipe For Smoked Sausage Skillet

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook until browned about 5 minutes. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
  4. Add the zucchini, cherry tomatoes, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Return the sausage to the skillet and stir everything together. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
