  • 1 box of Pasta Roni Creamy Garlic Parmesan flavor
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish)
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
