Recipe For One-Pot Chicken Alfredo

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 4

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add the minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, then add the fettuccine. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked to your liking.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes creamy.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the pot, stirring to combine with the sauce and pasta.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
