  1. 1.5 lbs thinly sliced rib-eye or sirloin steak
  2. 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  3. 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  4. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  5. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. 4 Provolone cheese slices
  8. 4 hoagie rolls
