Ingredients:

  2. 1 onion, chopped
  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  5. 4 cups vegetable broth
  6. 1 cup heavy cream
  7. Salt and pepper to taste

  9. Shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:
