Recipe for Chicken Spaghetti

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (14 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish


  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
