  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  1. In a large pot, add the chicken pieces and cover with chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
