  • 4 bratwurst sausages
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 bottle of beer (pale ale or lager)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 bratwurst buns


  1. Preheat a grill or a large skillet over medium heat.
