  • 1 pound beef tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Cooked egg noodles or rice for serving


  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions and mushrooms, and cook until they soften and start to brown.
